VISION QUEST: An Offering to Dance in Spirit

Seeking Truth Beyond the Veil

Greetings Beloved Kin,

The 2nd trecena of the Mayan calendar Tzolk’in round is the Seed of a New Life’s first journey through the Darkness of the Unknown.

The 1 Jaguar/IX 13-day trecena is Time to strike out on our own. The Intention of Spirit calls for a Sacred Ceremony to see our way through the Darkness to the Light of our New Day. This round, the Time falls in the Season of the Fall Equinox. September is a traditional Time for Sacred Ceremony by the indigenous Elders. The original Sun Dance is still observed at the Fall Equinox. The Sun/Moon Dance was a vision shared by Joseph Rael, “Beautiful Painted Arrow,” that unites the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine to dance together.

Indigenous dancers across the Americas will be dancing, and Sun/Moon dancers from around the world will be gathering for Sacred Ceremony. The Power of Spirit is magnified by the Numbers and the Momentum of sacred ceremonies that have marked the time for generations.

I’m extending the invitation for you to join in Sacred Ceremony of the Vision Quest, a Dance of Spirit.

I’m proposing some new ways for 2024 that draw on the Divine Inspiration that has influenced my path over the last 260 days. The 4-day “Dance” begins on the 1st Day of Movement in the Jaguar/IX trecena, 3 Wisdom/CIB (keeb).

The 13-days of the trecena will lead us to the Truth of a Divine Transformation. The Guardian of the IX trecena is CIMI (kee mee), the Transformer and Sign of a Major Life Change. CIMI is the “Comforter,” a Mayan symbol of the Holy Spirit that holds the Truth of the Unknown and the Unseen Mysteries of Life and Death. A Vision Quest connects us to the realm of Spirit, and Truth that is revealed from Above.

Every step will be a Sacred Dance that deserves consideration and discernment as Time dedicated to a Divine Communion. 1 Jaguar/IX offers the Divine Inspiration for discernment of a choice that leads to Major Change.

It’s a commitment of 4-days from Thursday, September 5, 2024 (3 Wisdom/CIB) to Sunday, September 8, 2024 (6 Storm/CAUAC). The Day after is 7 Sun/AHAU, Time ordered for a Revelation of our Divine Identity in Unity with the Highest One.

It’s an opportunity to see how the Mayan calendar leads to the Answer to our Prayers. The way outlined in the document linked below is offered with the Freedom to incorporate the traditions of your Faith. If you feel called to join, we’ll be riding the Wave of Spirit that can carry us to a Divine Harvest.

The only thing you need to participate is Time and a “secret place” to enter a Sanctuary within… one designated place you will turn to for your prayers. The Vision Quest holds the Intention of Giving Back to the Source, and for counting our blessings with every step we take.

I would love for you to join the Dance that can unite us all from our own Time and Place in One Common Purpose to Love and Worship the Highest God of our own understanding.

      1. Thank you very much Debra – I had a quick look, but will take a deeper dive in a bit later and see how it functions. I had a look in my site’s comment for comments awaiting moderation, so I’m not sure what happened, but I will test it. Perhaps (hopefully) it was just a temporary glitch, because in the past you could comment without a problem normally.
